The sequences taught in Wall Yoga makes innovative use of the wall and the floor when assuming postures to allow you to quickly build strength, flexibility, stamina and tone without overtaxing the body.  The practice enables you to safely obtain postures that normally would place excessive strain on your joints and muscles if you don’t have sufficient body strength or flexibility - and in the process you actually develop both.

Wall Yoga sequences re-sculpt your entire muscular-skeletal system, starting at the all important level of joints and ligaments with different kind of Wall Yoga Poses.

How Does Wall Yoga Work?

Drawing from the best of yoga and Pilates Wall Yoga is based upon the concepts of the 5 Anchors and Muscle Memory Contact, both developed by Colette Barry.  Using these concepts, Colette has helped thousands of clients recover from injuries, relieve pain or to simply get fit like Cleveland's offensive linemen - and attain their idea physique with ease.  In this program on Wall Yoga Poses she guides you to do the same.

The 5 Anchors are used in combination with grounding the body such that efficient muscle memory is activated.  In short period of time you will:
