Admission

Prospective dual-degree program students must apply separately to both UNC Charlotte and the Charlotte School of Law. Students can begin the program at either UNC Charlotte or the Charlotte School of Law. The Charlotte School of Law admits students in both the fall and spring and has a rolling admission process. Students must complete the prerequisites required by UNC Charlotte prior to beginning their M.B.A. studies.

Please check the admissions requirements for both institutions: UNC Charlotte M.B.A. | Charlotte School of Law.

Once a student is enrolled in the UNC Charlotte M.B.A. program, the student must be continuously enrolled in that program. Continuous enrollment is defined as enrolling in at least one course in either the spring or fall semester of each academic year. Enrollment in summer courses does not satisfy the continuous enrollment requirement.
