Increases your salary

Typically, graduates from a MBA program will see a salary increase of about 39% on average.

It Will Build you a Business Network

During your MBA program you will be connected to other business professionals, which will increase your professional network drastically. The Universities often have connections with big businesses who are willing to recruit new students too.

Disadvantages of an Full-Time MBA

The Cost

Typically the cost of an MBA program is around $100,000. Sometimes you can be eligible for a financial aid program, but if you aren't, you will have to foot your own bill.

Time

A lot of time goes into an MBA, it can take up to an intense two years.

Not Specialized Enough

In some industries, the best person for a job in management isn't someone who has special training in business management. It's someone who has specialized training in the industry. A generalized MBA may not get you the job that you want.
