The GW Accelerated MBA (AMBA) is a fast-paced program for working professionals that is completed in just 24 months. Its unique cohort format is designed for students who want the collaborative, dynamic environment of a full-time MBA situated at the intersection of business and society, and the flexibility to continue their current careers.

Courses are delivered in seven-week modules, and core courses are held Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings and afternoons at our main campus located two blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro. It may be a part-time program, but you will have a very real sense of place. Instead of a “satellite campus” experience, you have a home — and access to advisors, professors and the F. David Fowler Career Center. And just like our full-time MBA, you can choose to participate in the Short-term abroad program to earn up to 6 academic credits in just 1-3 weeks.

Based on the concepts of ethical leadership, globalization, sustainability and social responsibility, The AMBA prepares for you for success on multiple levels. Our program brings together a remarkable cross-section of high-level professionals from the public, private and nongovernmental sectors to formulate real solutions to real management issues. The wide range of personal and professional backgrounds in your cohort make your experience that much richer and build lifelong connections.
